Caring for your natural products.

Our products are natural and minimally processed.  Average shelf life varies from 3 - 6 months. Please keep your new goodies out of heat, direct sunlight and humidity to extend shelf life.  During hot weather it's advised to refrigerate any balms, creams or salves for 15 minutes prior to use. The ingredients have a naturally low melting point and may need to "firm up."  In cold weather, products may be a firmer consistency. Simply warm in your hand before application.  Please note, our products are natural with no added preservatives and are directly affected by the heat and humidity.  If you notice more of our natural oils settling on top simply stir with a spoon.

Skin Sensitive and Allergies.

With any new product it's always best to spot test 24-hours prior to application.  We are not responsible for adverse reactions to product. It is the customer's responsibility to test for skin sensitivities prior to use.  Spot Test: Apply a small amount of product covering 1 inch of the inner forearm. After 24 hours if no reaction has occurred, proceed!  Some items do contain Fragrance Oils because the origin does not produce essential oil. Mary's Homemade Scrubs accepts no liability and shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of products purchased from this shop. Purchasing shop products signifies your acceptance of this statement and releases Mary's Homemade Scrubs from all liability.

Shipping

All US orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking information emailed to you on the shipment date.  Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. You will receive your tracking number when your order is shipped.  We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.  We strongly suggest buying a supply to hold you over during the cooler months since these products are strongly affected by the heat.  If you are local, we are happy to arrange a pickup and for larger orders we'll be happy to deliver to you between Little River, SC and Pawleys Island, SC.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped back to us. For safety and hygienic reasons, our merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns. Thank you for your understanding. Most items have sample sizes that are available for purchase. Send us a request and we’ll include it in your order for free.
